FORMATION — The Core Conversion & Learning Architecture
Welcome to the formation engine of ETJN (berakahetjn.org). Formation at ETJN is not an academic exercise or a mere collection of courses; it is an intentional, heart-transforming pilgrimage.
Our spiritual learning architecture follows a seven-fold conversion arc—a master narrative spine designed to move every disciple from initial spiritual awakening to active global mission.
The Master Narrative Spine: The 7-Fold Pathway
1. PERCEIVE — Orientation & Spiritual Awakening
The journey begins by entering the School of Eucharistic/Eucharistein Christ Perception. We confront the fundamental proposition: What if the crisis of Christianity is not a crisis of information, but a crisis of perception? Here, believers learn to open the eyes of the heart to perceive God’s active presence, blessings, invitations, covenant love, and continuous action in daily life.
2. BEHOLD — Deepening Contemplation
Perception matures into sustained gaze. Disciples learn to behold, gaze upon, listen to, remain with, and abide in Christ—resting in the presence of the Beloved.
Movement: Perception becoming Beholding.
3. BELONG — Rooted in Covenant
Beholding leads to the profound realization that Christianity is about belonging to God and to one another, not merely acknowledging intellectual truths.
Movement: Beholding becoming Belonging.
4. BECOME — Interior Transformation
Belonging opens the door to Eucharisformity, where the Eucharistic and Eucharistein Christ takes tangible form within the life and character of the disciple.
Movement: Belonging becoming Becoming.
5. BLESS — Outpouring of Grace
Interior transformation naturally overflows. Consecrated by grace, the disciple becomes a living sacrifice of praise, a vessel of covenant love, and a witness of Eucharistein gratitude.
Movement: Becoming Blessing.
6. BE SENT — Commissioned for Mission
Blessing propels the believer outward. Consecration inevitably leads to mission as disciples embrace their unique identity as Joyful Soul Companions, Eucharisform Ambassadors, or Eucharisformians.
Movement: Blessing becoming Sending.
7. RADIATE DIVINE J.O.Y. — Living in Overflow
The ultimate horizon of formation: radiating the living presence of Jesus Christ by living out J.O.Y.—placing Jesus First, Others Second, Yourself Last—in every table gathering, workplace, and family encounter.

Ambassador Formation: Leadership Layer
The Ambassador Formation layer equips formed companions to step into leadership as Table hosts, mentors, and regional coordinators.
Principles of Ambassador Accompaniment
Relational Mentorship: Ambassadors do not manage programs; they accompany individuals on their unique spiritual journeys.
Hospitality Leadership: Creating safe, welcoming Table spaces where participants experience belonging before being asked to embrace doctrine.
