ABOUT — Institutional & Historical Layer
What Is ETJN?
Eucharistic/Eucharistein Towards Joyful Network (ETJN) is a global, mission-driven apostolate and a vibrant movement built on covenant relationships and relational evangelization. Established in January 2020 by Father George Nkeze Jingwa alongside a dedicated community of Joyful Soul Companions, ETJN exists to awaken the Church and the world to a deeper way of perceiving, living, and sharing the real presence of Jesus Christ.
Rather than functioning as a standard institutional program, ETJN is an organic network of believers committed to restoring Eucharistic perception in everyday life—moving from mere doctrine to a lived reality where thanksgiving, table fellowship, and self-giving love shape every human encounter.
What This Means
"To restore Eucharistic/Eucharistein perception, form Joyful Soul Companions, build Table communities, and cultivate a global covenant network living as one eucharisform body in Christ."
Vision Statement
"A globally renewed Church and world where every human heart perceives Christ, every community lives out Eucharistein gratitude, and every table becomes a sanctuary of covenant love, healing, and divine joy."
A Renewed World:
Transforming social and spiritual landscapes through daily gratitude and self-giving service.
Eucharistein Gratitude:
Embracing thanksgiving not merely as a temporary emotion, but as a permanent lifestyle modeled on Christ’s own posture at the Last Supper.
Sanctuaries of Love:
Turning ordinary domestic and communal tables into spaces of profound belonging, restoration, and commissioned mission.
Our Motto
"Alive as One Body in the Eucharistic/Eucharistein Christ, Woven in Covenant Love."
"Alive as One Body"
Rooted in 1 Corinthians 12:12–27 and Romans 12:4–5, this dimension highlights our organic unity. We are not isolated individuals executing tasks; we are interconnected members of Christ’s mystic body. When one member suffers, all suffer; when one rejoices, all share in that joy.
"In the Eucharistic/Eucharistein Christ"
Grounded in Luke 22:19 ("He took bread, gave thanks [eucharistesas], broke it, and gave it to them") and John 6:51–58. This reflects the two inseparable dimensions of the Son:
Eucharistic Christ: Who Christ Is — the source, real presence, and holy sacrament given for the world.
Eucharistein Christ: How Christ Lives — the posture of continuous thanksgiving, surrender, and radical self-giving love.
"Woven in Covenant Love"
Inspired by John 13:34–35 ("A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another as I have loved you") and Colossians 3:14. ETJN is bound together not by administrative contracts or organizational charts, but by the enduring thread of covenant love (agape)—a commitment to seek the ultimate good of the other in all circumstances.
Our Identity: From Rule to Relationship
ETJN operates not as a top-down hierarchy or a rigid pyramid, but as an organic, living covenant network. We embrace a structural paradigm shift that prioritizes relational authenticity over administrative bureaucracy.
Core Structural Principles
From Rule to Relationship: Governance flows from shared life, trust, and spiritual accompaniment rather than impersonal directives.
Empowerment from Below: Mission and initiatives are birthed through local discernment at individual Tables, supported—not controlled—by network leadership.
Relational Evangelization: Faith spreads naturally through authentic friendship, storytelling, and table fellowship rather than aggressive persuasion.
Organic Mission: Growth occurs through spiritual reproduction as host tables mature and naturally plant new Table communities.
Participatory Leadership: Every Joyful Soul Companion contributes their unique spiritual gifts to build up the entire body.
Joy-Centered Discipleship: Rooted in the J.O.Y. principle—placing Jesus first, Others second, and Yourself last.
The ETJN Emblem
The official emblem of ETJN serves as a visual icon of our spiritual heritage, mission, and identity. Every element within the mark carries intentional theological significance:
The Encircling Covenant: The outer circle represents the unbroken unity, protection, and eternal nature of God’s covenant love surrounding His people.
Eucharistic / Eucharisform Table Integration: The central visual element bridges the sacred altar of the Eucharist with the everyday domestic table, illustrating that liturgical worship must overflow into daily life.
Eucharistic / Eucharistein Radiance: Emerging light rays signify the transformative grace and joy radiating from Christ’s real presence out into the dark corners of the world.
Mission Without Borders: Open, sweeping lines depict the global call of the apostolate, extending beyond geographical, cultural, and institutional boundaries.
Soul Companionship in J.O.Y.: Interlocking motifs represent two or more companions walking side-by-side in spiritual unity and mutual support.
Our Story & Historical Timeline
The founding of ETJN is the fruit of a multi-decade spiritual journey, marked by pastoral leadership, intense trial, Eucharistic awakening, and international collaboration.
1. 1992 — Priesthood & Educational Leadership
Fr. George Nkeze Jingwa was ordained to the Catholic priesthood in 1992. Over the following decades, he dedicated his ministry to educational transformation and pastoral care, supervising more than 115 schools in the Diocese of Buea, Cameroon, and building educational partnerships across five continents.
2. 2008 — The Desecration & Eucharistic Turning Point
In 2008, a profound crisis occurred when a local parish church suffered a painful desecration. In the wake of this traumatic event, Fr. George spent extended hours in solitary adoration before the exposed Blessed Sacrament. During this intense period of prayer, he experienced a life-changing spiritual awakening: discovering that the Eucharistic Christ is not merely an object of devotion, but the living teacher of a whole new way of perceiving and experiencing reality (Eucharistein).
3. 2009 — Foundation of IPALAC
Building on this interior transformation, Fr. George established the International Pastoral and Leadership Assessment Center (IPALAC) in 2009 to integrate spiritual perception with educational leadership, values-based management, and institutional renewal.
4. 2017 — The Berakah J.O.Y. Apostolate
By 2017, the spiritual insights matured into the launch of the Berakah J.O.Y. Apostolate. Berakah—the ancient Hebrew blessing of gratitude—was paired with the J.O.Y. posture (Jesus First, Others Second, Yourself Last), laying the relational foundation for soul companionship.
5. January 2020 — Inauguration of ETJN
In January 2020, amidst global uncertainty and spiritual isolation, the movement officially coalesced into ETJN (Eucharistic/Eucharistein Towards Joyful Network)—establishing a structured yet flexible global network dedicated to table fellowship, Eucharistic perception, and covenant accompaniment.
Why Tables?
From the home of Zacchaeus to the road to Emmaus, table fellowship stands at the very heart of Jesus’ earthly ministry. ETJN centers its mission around The Table as the primary locus for community, conversion, and mission.
Core Principles of Table Fellowship
Belonging Before Believing: Following Christ’s example, our Tables offer unconditional welcome and hospitality to all people, allowing them to experience covenant love before expecting doctrinal alignment.
Word & Sacrament Meeting Community: Tables bridge the gap between liturgical worship at church and daily life at home, bringing the presence of Christ into everyday conversations.
Launchpads for Mission: The Table is not an end in itself; it is a sacred space of formation, healing, and blessing from which companions are sent back out into their families, workplaces, and neighborhoods.
Complementary to Parish Life: ETJN Tables do not replace parish churches or holy sacraments. Instead, they serve as vital domestic altars and small-group communities that feed believers back into full, active participation in their local parish life.
Our Network & Threefold Identity
ETJN unites believers across diverse states of life through a Threefold Identity, offering clear pathways for spiritual growth, service, and leadership within the covenant network.
The Threefold Identity Framework
1. Joyful Soul Companions
Believers who commit to walking alongside one another in intentional, non-judgmental spiritual accompaniment. They practice radical listening, mutual prayer, and the daily J.O.Y. rule in their personal relationships.
2. Eucharisform Ambassadors
Commissioned leaders and Table hosts who have completed ETJN formation tracks. Ambassadors coordinate local Table gatherings, mentor new companions, and act as relational bridges between local parishes and the broader network.
3. Eucharisformians
The worldwide family of individuals, families, and partner institutions who align with ETJN’s vision. They weave Eucharistein gratitude into their daily work, domestic lives, and local communities.
Global Network Notice
"Data Integrity Policy: In accordance with ETJN governance rules, public network maps, country counts, and regional pin locations are rendered dynamically only upon physical verification of registered Table communities and active Ambassadors. Unverified or estimated data is strictly excluded to preserve truthfulness and institutional integrity.
